Cookie Policy

Which cookies we use, what they do, and how you can manage them.

Last updated: June 19, 2026

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device to remember information — for example, your language setting or your consent choices. Similar technologies (local storage, pixel tags) follow the same rules.

Which cookies do we use?

1. Necessary cookies (always on)

These are required for the site to work. No consent is needed for them.

  • cookie_consent — stores your cookie choices. Expires after 12 months.
  • wp_session — technical WordPress session. Expires when the browser closes.

2. Analytics cookies (consent required)

We use Google Analytics to keep anonymized statistics about how the site is used. The tool is configured so that IP addresses are anonymized immediately. These cookies are set only after you give consent in the cookie banner.

  • _ga, _gid, _gat — Google Analytics. Expire after 2 years / 24 hours / 1 minute.

3. Advertising cookies (consent required)

Used for advertising through Google AdSense and its partners. These cookies are set only if you accept personalized advertising in the cookie banner.

  • __gads, __gpi, IDE, NID — Google advertising network. Expire after 13 months or sooner.

How do you manage your consent?

On your first visit, the cookie banner offers a choice: accept only necessary cookies, or accept all. You can change your choice at any time by withdrawing or granting consent again on this site.

You can also manage cookies directly in your browser settings — in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge this option is found under "Privacy and security."

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party providers (Google). We do not have full control over these. You can find more information in their own privacy policies:

Changes

We may update this cookie policy if we change our configuration or if the law changes. The latest version is always available on this page.
